Assessment of Project Manager Integration Trust and WTP (Björn Hofmann) I am a lead manager and principal in the planning and execution process and finalize industrial projects in my capacity as Geschäftsführer (General Manager) of Vantage Mergers GmbH;The responsibility is to control the budget and secure the delivery of up to five different projects at Frankfurt Airport and Industrial Facilities in Germany addressing up to 80 employees; Leading the integration of the trust business on a project level gives me the opportunity to coordinate and enhance the efforts of the internal team of the company and that of their former peers and at the same time brings leverage to an outsourcing effort to third party contractors or third partry service providers;At the quality side of the project performance is measured by timely securing of milestones and by achieving budget forecasts; This in relation to the internal team and the third parties; With my latest experience as General Manager being in charge of payroles of up to 5 mio € per anno and my international brokerage background , build up in Germany, England,Argentina(Brazil) and Switzerland I am a senior coordinator and negotiator eager to take on a long term project with higher budget responsibility and second to none my ability to put in my leadership to secure the higher aims and targets of integration Trust and WTP; I wish to lead by - By planning and executing project stages, being related to the product management,specialist and all different country project managers; - Here I focus also at the progress information of the trust integration - I assess risk firmly and quick and bring it forward to the decisive project managers - I hold regular integration team conferences and will in detail define who should be a part so that the highest results are secured and thereby also the strong achievers are included , even if they not regularly used to sit together in conferences and teams, I will hold to this processes thereever they are essential to the integration; - I will follow up the budget guidelines and always measure them on the level of the integration of the trust, documentation; - I will define issues of training and will always be eager to motivate the international base of project managers in order to motivate them and enhance the success of the integration; - I will build and hold those relations and deliver my results to the senior management of the Julius Baer Bank to be part of the progress and the success;
