I am a senior manager with more than 20 years’ experience in supply chain management and commercial business to business roles in service, capital intensive industries and manufacturing with particular focus on the chemicals, energy and packaging sector. I have experience in defining and implementing new markets entry strategies, organizational change management (Six Sigma Black Belt), commercial negotiations (procurement, supply chain) and technical management. I have worked for companies in Europe (Germany) and the Middle East (Saudi Arabia, UAE). My ability to create conceptual framework, identifying key success factors and develop a plan how to achieve success has helped me throughout my career. Organizing and motivating my teams have been a critical factor, too. I worked out strategic plans and objectives, in particular for supply chain/business development/process improvement, while ensuring that the required down to earth details are set to drive successful implementation. My expertise has allowed me to work in different areas of technologies, countries and cultures. I am interested to work for an innovative energising organization in a business or supply chain/procurement role. Companies that want to enter a new business area (product/geography) or have a significant change initiative are of particular interest to me. This includes start-up companies.
