Stefan is a passionate consultant, facilitator and executive coach. He helps leaders create purposeful and high-performing organizations drawing on his well-rounded experiences in leadership development, strategy consulting, and technology. Stefan‘s clients range from Fortune-500 to internet start-ups across different industry sectors. Next to coaching individual executives and teams, Stefan has led global transformation programs across multiple continents.
Kernkompetenzen
Stefan completed an Executive Master in Coaching & Change Management at INSEAD and an executive coaching education at the Tavistock Institute. He has also trained as a transformation facilitator with Aberkyn. His prior formal education includes an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management and a business degree from the Vienna University of Economics. Before founding his own consulting and coaching practice in 2008, Stefan worked as a manager in McKinsey’s Corporate Finance practice and at Deloitte Consulting. His experience in executive search and assessments comes from Russell Reynolds Associates, one of the leading international search firms.
