I am a creative maker and sales, product management and marketing leader with 20+ years of experience in MD/CMO/Marketing Director roles at well-known brands including Nintendo, Anki, WEB.DE, Premiere (Sky), FEIN, and Slugger. Currently, I am consulting to a GmbH as Interim Director of Marketing leading their distributed team and marketing strategy. I offer deep expertise in international marketing and expertise in helping executive and product teams understand and link products/services with customers to build and nurture brands and communities. I am a focused but human leader able to both give and build trust in international, multilingual environments, with a history of success in diverse digital and non-digital verticals spanning online, mobile, media, entertainment, edutainment, games, robotics and AI. I enjoy being part of innovation and making positive change. In addition to my professional experience I have advised startups and other businesses, delivered several presentations and panel discussions (gamescom, Frankfurt Book Fair, KI Bar Camp, German Design Forum, Adidas Product Forum, et al. I was also a Founding Member of Gaming Aid (nonprofit founded to help gamers in need) and a past member of the Marketing Advisory Board for Games Convention, Leipzig.
