He understands fully the importance of the inter-relationship and dependency between the technical process in these complicated biotech and pharmaceutical facilities and the Utilities required in order to allow them to function. The installation, commissioning of all systems and qualification of Direct Impact systems are crucial to the success of every pharma project. Utilities installation has formed an integral part of the management of all his projects. Safety, Quality and Planned Maintenance of all Utilities on an ongoing basis is key to the successful operation of any plant. His experience on the client side in Capital Planning and the management of stakeholders provides him with an acute understanding of business and client drivers along with the acumen to deliver what the project requires to achieve or better the success criteria.
