With my background in M&A and Finance/Controlling, I support your exit preparation, optimize your company presentation from a buyer perspective, identify value-adding quick wins and make sure you position your company ideally for the target buyer. M&A transaction support: With over 40 M&A transactions that I lead, organized or contributed to, I will also make your M&A transaction a success. Buy&Build: For buyers, in particuluar private equity, I support PMI, strategic realignment of the acquisition target, change management and reorientation of financial controls and optimization.
