15+ years experience in various operational and strategic HR roles/HR projectmanagement across the entire employee life cycle (for details pls. see in competencies) 8+ years leadership experience of diverse remote and onsite teams in agile, innovative and fastmoving environments (up to 25 employees) After my parental leave in summer 2022 I decided to start my own consulting business for strategic HR topics and HR Interim Management. The external factors (e.g. causes of a pandemic, wars, violation of civil rights, insecure economics) and my network were mirroring me that this is a good time to pursue this long-thought idea, as companies are tend to either reduce their HR capacities or at least don't invest in a big HR organisation but still have a massive need in pursuing strategic HR topics to maintain, develop and grow their talent and in the end determine their success. And this is exactly the point where I offer my consulting services - fast, pragmatic, customized and professional.
