In seiner Funktion als Projektmanager bei externen Beratungshäusern und Digitalagenturen leitete Dr. Schröder internationale und interdisziplinäre Teams sowohl in der strategischen Konzeption als auch in der operativen Implementierung neuer Geschäftsbereiche. Dr. Schröder leitete u.a. die Entwicklung eines Marktplatzes für einen B2B-Kundenstamm von Nestlé und beriet die Deutsche Bank/ Postbank im Rahmen der Post-Merger-Integration und künftigen Ausrichtung des Privatkundengeschäfts. Zuvor baute er die B2C-Version von 100tasks.com auf, einer Schritt-für-Schritt-Anleitung zum Aufbau und zur Skalierung neuer Geschäftsmodelle. Er coachte mehr als 80 Startup-Teams in deren Frühphase, war Mitbegründer einer Online-Apotheke, arbeitete in zwei Scale-ups, bei einem führenden VC-Fonds und in der Strategieberatung. [...] promovierte mit summa cum laude am Lehrstuhl für Unternehmertum und Existenzgründung I der WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Management zur Investorenselektion durch Startup-Gründer. In seiner Dissertation verglich er den konventionellen mit dem strategischen Venture Capital Investor und untersuchte die Kriterien und die ihnen zugrundeliegenden monetären Werte die Gründer bei der Wahl zwischen verschiedenen Investoren ansetzen. Er hat einen M.Sc. (International Management) der Bocconi-Universität, einen CEMS MIM (Bocconi & FGV-EAESP) sowie einen B.Sc. (BWL) der Universität Mannheim. Zudem absolviert er einen M.A.-Studiengang in Philosophie an der FernUniversität in Hagen.
