For our customer we are looking for an experienced consultant for the set up of a global framework for internal knowledge transfer. The project should run in an agile working mode (Sprints: focus on consumers; Minimle Viable Product) Project 1: Set up the Global Framework Goal: define a global framework for internal knowledge transfer to prepare for decision-making in the Board of Management There will be 5 sub working packages: 1. Status-quo and future goals definition; implementation of appropriate benchmarks (Mission) 2. Describe internal roles (trainers, coaches, etc.). Define global internal processes for recruitment, selection, promotion etc. of such roles. (Organization) 3. Define rights/duties/benefits for members (community) 4. Define tool-kit and Trainings for the trainers with official certification (Enablement) 5. Plan resource requirements - Amount of trainers/coaches/… per region/BU - Time capacity per role - Global budget for enablement and certification Project 2: Project Management and Change Consulting Goal: Consulting of project management and change (together with the project leader) of: - Meeting organization and workshop moderation - PPT visualisation of results and concepts - Stakeholder management and communication - Ensure: consumer centricity and success factors for change Language: English; German is unofficial Required skills and competences: General consulting skills: • Experienced consultants with hands-on mentality • Excellent interpersonal skills – even in critical client situations • Ability to work in international/multi-cultural organizations and projects • Ability to deliver outstanding results – in particular under time pressure • Ability to link complex situations and dimensions (product/customer segmentation/brand strategy) HR skills: • depth knowledge in learning, qualification and people development • professional experience in developing, restructuring and implementing new strategies, processes, frameworks • professional experience as a certified coach • direct access to relevant benchmarking data We look forward to receive your application, if possible with your current profile, availability and hourly rate for the assignment.
